C. Force majeure such as natural disaster, traffic cordoning off, sudden war, etc.

3. Safety: No matter for phone order or website order, we will ensure transaction information safety, and staffs authorized by TFVC will handle your order.

4. Privacy: TFVC respects your privacy. In any case, we will not sell or reveal our personal and order information to any third party (except retrieval by state judicial organ). We only use all customer information on website or through call for the purpose of treating related order.

5. Liability exemption: In case force majeure or other reason not in control of TFVC makes TFVC marketing system crash or online transaction unable to operate normally, which causes failure in completing online transaction or loss of related information, records, etc., TFVC will assist in rehabilitation works as much reasonably as possible, and make efforts to protect customers from suffering any economic loss.

Special Hints:

 

1. If the product purchased has performance fault or quality problem stipulated by state laws within agreed time and changing and refunding are required, you should submit changing and return application in “my order”. After approval of the application, please follow the hints to send the products back to TFVC After-sale Department through regular express delivery services (SF, EMS, etc.). If the products are sent back without submission of repair/ changing and refunding application or approval for application, TFVC has the right to reject related applications.

2. We guarantee that products have complete and perfect outer package upon delivery. Please carefully check the invoice and products with delivery note on site when receiving the products. In case of any shortage or damage, please contact Customer Service Department of TFVC immediately when the delivery person is still on site; in case the mail package is damaged and the products suffer damage during transportation, please point it out on site and reject acceptance. After that, call Customer Service Department of TFVC. In case you have signed for receiving the products by yourself or others, it is regarded that the outer package, product quantity and content are all right, and TFVC will not accept your complaint. For electronics such as automobile data recorder, sound equipment, etc., please start it for trial use after you have confirmed the appearance has no damage. Any appearance problems found after trial use will not be handled with.

 

 

 

Service

After-sales Service Policy

To protect the legitimate right and interest of the members of this website (hereinafter referred to as “member”), and define the responsibility and obligation for repair, change, and return of product between the company and members, the provisions are formulated on the basis of Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China, Law of the People's Republic of China on Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests as well as the relevant provisions.

The exchange and return of product shall be calculated from the date of receiving product, and the warranty period shall be calculated from the date of invoicing. Within the period of validity, members can handle the repair, exchange and return of product with invoices and warranty card.

Terms of after-sales service:

I. We have perfect after-sales service for product, and carry out “guarantee for return within 7 days, exchange within 15 days, and free repair within one year” for main product without man-made damage to appearance and function of the products sold.

II. Within 7 days from the date of sales, in case of the fault arising in normal operating condition, members can return, exchange and repair the product. For the return of product, consumers should also return the accessories and gifts based on the list at one time. 

1. In case of the various situations in article 5, our company has the right to reject the return of product or notify members of automatic deduction of relevant fees from the total refund.

2. In case of return of product, the freight for returning product shall be paid by members.

3. In case there is an additional gift for the product, the gifts shall be returned at the same time, the original conditions of which when received should be maintained; in case the gifts cannot be returned, the price shall be deducted from the refund based on the original sales price online;

III. In case of the fault arising in normal operating condition within 15 days from the date of sales, consumers can exchange or repair the products. During your exchange, the product of the same model and same specification should be exchanged for consumers.

1. In case of the various situations in article 5, our company has the right to reject the exchange of product, or require members to pay the relevant fees.

2. Members pay the fees for sending the product to be exchanged to us, and we will pay the fees for sending the exchanged product to members. 

3. After the product labeled “Not try equipment” or “No trial” is unsealed, exchange of product is not accepted.

4. After the gift labeled “Not try equipment” or “No trial” is unsealed, the gift will be not exchanged.

IV. Within one year from the date of sales, in case of the fault arising in normal operating condition, consumers can send it back for repair. 1. Within the warranty period, the fault of main product arising in normal operating condition except the articles 6 and 7 will be repaired by our company for free (including material expense and man-hour expense, but excluding freight)

2. Free repair is provided for the fault of main product arising in normal operating condition within warranty period, but members shall provide maintenance card and invoice or receipt (copies).

3. For warranty, members shall send back the main product (or accessories), maintenance card and TFVC warranty certificate (or copies). In case the missing of one item makes TFVC fail to accurately judge your detailed information and the fault of main product to be repaired, TFVC will suspend the repair, until you contact with TFVC and re-fill in the maintenance application form. For the time delay and inconvenience caused thereof, TFVC will assume no responsibility, and not bear the freight for mailing the missed items of customers.

4. As for product accessories and gifts, we provide three-months warranty. The other conditions are the same as that of the main product. 

5. Maintenance service mode: Returning to factory for repair

6. In the following cases, the maintenance expenses shall be paid (including material expense, maintenance expense and transport expense).

a. Out of warranty period, the fault arises in normal operating condition.

b. The maintenance card cannot be provided, or the effective invoice or product is inconsistent with the maintenance card.

c. The product is used in abnormal condition, namely, members fail to use it in accordance with the usage method and matters needing attention, resulting in faults and damage. For example, the man-made damage, or use at high temperature, high pressure, wet condition, liquid inlet, and other abnormal conditions. In case of no severe damage, it can be repaired with fees.

7. In the following cases, no warranty is provided.

a. The products are disassembled, assembled or repaired privately without the written consent of the company.

b. Normal loss (such as the wear and aging of battery and other parts)

c. Product without maintenance card and effective invoice.

V. The following cases are not within the scope of return and exchange of product

1. Any product is not sold by TFVC.

2. Product quality problems caused by the unauthorized maintenance, misapplication, collision, negligence, misuse, liquid inlet, accident, change and incorrect installation, or tearing and altering of the label, machine number, anti-fake seal.

3. The faults and damage of product resulting from the use in abnormal condition, namely, not in accordance with the usage method and matters needing attention. For example, the man-made damage, or use at high temperature, high pressure, wet condition, liquid inlet, and other abnormal conditions.

4. The outer package, accessories and specification of the product are not complete, or the warranty certificate and invoice are lost or altered, TFVC will not provide the return and exchange service. 

5. Normal wear of product

In case you doubt the quality of the product, you can provide the written identification issued by manufacturer or official agency, and we will handle it according to national provisions of law. But for any fraudulent behavior, TFVC will reserve the right of investigating legal liability. The right of final explanation is owned by TFVC.
