Cancelation of order (modification of amount): before the order comes into effect (product delivery), customer can apply for order cancelation (or purchasing a correct amount of products after cancelation) in member center; in case the order comes into effect (product has been delivered), customer needs to apply for return of product (or purchasing a correct amount of products after cancelation) in member center within 7 days after receiving product.

The company provides all new products with one year warranty, but proves of purchase need to be provided for it.  › Why can’t I cancel my order?
