› How to change mistaken order amount? How to cancel an order?
Due to operation limitation and bank regulation, user cannot change order payment method, content and price, or balance refunding and supplementation method, or exchange other products. Therefore, orders are unable to be canceled or modified by customers. Cancelation of order (modification of amount): before the order comes into effect (product delivery), customer can apply for order cancelation (or purchasing a correct amount of products after cancelation) in member center; in case the order comes into effect (product has been delivered), customer needs to apply for return of product (or purchasing a correct amount of products after cancelation) in member center within 7 days after receiving product.
› Is direct redemption of other products available in case of

Therefore, orders are unable to be canceled or modified by customers. Therefore, customer is unable to modify order freely and exchange other product by supplementation method. Please cancel the order (return the product), and place an order again.

Though the website uses member account as main information for member recognition, e-mail is still an effective method for member recognition and a notification method for relevant order information, and it has equal legal effects. › Why do products need registration?
The company provides all new products with one year warranty, but proves of purchase need to be provided for it. Product registration will generate product serial number and invoice number, etc, which can guarantee rights of maintenance and act as prove of purchase; meanwhile, it can obtain discount for buying product accessories.
› Can nonmembers conduct product registration?

› How to obtain coupon?
You can obtain coupons when registering member or product, or buying promotion product on celebration activities.
› Can I use more than one electronic coupon at one time?
No. Due to the limitation of company’s operation mechanism, you cannot use more than one coupon in one order. Sorry.
› Why can’t I cancel my order?
The order is too late to be canceled after delivery or delivery execution. If you do not need the product after receiving, please apply for sales return on the website. Please notice that the sales return application will be rejected after 7 days upon receiving the product.
